ALLGEMEINE MIETBEDINGUNGEN

VERTAGSANNULLIERUNG BEI DER KUN

Bei einem Rücktritt werden folgende Rücktrittspauschalen berechnet:

30 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum 10% .
zwischen 30 und 7 Tagen 50%.
weniger als 7 Tage vor Ankunft 100%.

Wenn der Kunde während seines Aufenthaltes und Beendigung des Mitvertrages zurück triff, findet keine Kostenrückerstaftung statt, findet keine Rückerstattung statt.

ÄNDERUNGEN VON SEITEN DER FIRMA

Solte aufgrund unvorhergesehener und nicht auf die Firma zurückzuführender Vorkomisse die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht zur Verfügung stehen, verpflichtet sich die Firma, dem Klienten eine gleichwertige Unterkunft derselben oder einer gehobeneren Kategorie zur Verfügung zu stellen ohne Rückerstattungspflicht beider seiten.
